What details we use
When you request sampling, we ask for your name, company name, phone number, email address and postcode. We also use any information you add yourself in the notes.
We use these details only to handle your request: to contact you, prepare a quote and schedule the sampling.
Sharing
Who we share details with
For the analysis, we give the laboratory only the details it needs to analyse the samples and link the result. We do not sell your details.
The website runs on our own server in the European Union. We do not use cookies to track you and we do not use advertising networks.
Retention and your rights
How long, and what you can ask
We do not keep your details longer than necessary for the request and for our records.
You can ask us what details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. To do so, please contact us.
